Terms of Use
Last reviewed by the editorial desk in 2026.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EuroChronicle at eurochronicle.org. By using the website you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
1. The editorial product
EuroChronicle is an independent editorial publication covering strength training, body conditioning and movement science. The website includes articles, technique notes and an optional booking process for an educational consultation with our resident strength editor. Editorial content is general and is not personalised advice.
2. Educational nature of the content
Articles published on EuroChronicle, and the consultation conversations with our editor, are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice from a qualified specialist, and they are not directed at the treatment, diagnosis or management of any medical condition. You are responsible for confirming with a qualified specialist that physical activity is appropriate for you before acting on anything you read here.
3. Acceptable use
When you use the website, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading or impersonating information through any form on the site.
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape, brute-force or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the site.
- Republish our articles in full without our written permission. Short quotations with a clear attribution and link back are permitted as fair editorial practice.
- Use the site to upload, send or distribute unlawful, harassing or harmful content.
4. Booking a consultation
Submitting the consultation form is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. The editorial reader desk will reply within two working days to propose available slots. The consultation is an educational conversation; it does not constitute a coaching contract, a medical service, or a long-term training programme. We may decline a booking if the request appears outside the editorial scope of EuroChronicle.
5. Intellectual property
All articles, photographs, layouts and editorial materials on the site are protected by copyright and remain the property of EuroChronicle or its contributors. You may save articles for personal reading, share article links on social platforms and quote brief excerpts with attribution. Any other use — including republication, automated translation at scale, or training of machine-learning systems — requires our written permission.
6. Third-party links
We sometimes link to external resources (other publications, governmental health bodies, training research). We do not control those websites and we are not responsible for their content, practices or availability.
7. Limitation of liability
EuroChronicle is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Italian and European law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, nor for decisions you make based on the editorial content. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you cannot waive under applicable law.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page is updated when we do. Continued use of the site after a change indicates your acceptance of the new version.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Disputes that cannot be resolved with the editorial desk will be referred to the competent courts of Milan, Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
10. Contact
If anything in these Terms is unclear, write to the editorial desk at editorial@eurochronicle.org or visit our Contacts page.
